1) Is This Legal?

Absolutely! We are a Record Label and have secured either Recording Agreements or Licensing Agreements with each Artist represented on TheDance Freeway to allow us to offer Free Mp3 Downloads without any repurcussions to the individual user.

2) How do I download a free song?

 It’s easier than you think.  Just click on any button saying "Get On The Freeway" or "GOTF" and you will be taken to a database of varied Artists. If there's an Artist that interests you, then click on the grey button saying "More Info & Free Downloads" and you will be taken to the individual Artist page where you can listen to streams and download music. The free songs have a link "Free Download!", just click on that and the mp3 will be downloaded to your desktop. Please note: the downloads are for personal use only and may not be redistributed and/or used for any other purpose!

3) How do I listen to a sample of a song?

At the bottom of the home page there's 14 sample Artists. Just click on the "Play" button to the right of the Artist's name and it will play the applicable stream. Also on the Artist's individual page you can listen to samples as well by clicking on the Play button.

 4) Can I send the mp3 to my friend?

 No.  Although you can download from our site at no charge, it does not mean you can distribute the product yourself.  The downloads are for personal use only.  However,  feel free to direct people to our site to download the mp3’s themselves.

5) Do I need to go to the shopping cart to download a free song?

 No, just follow the directions above.  The shopping cart is for purchases of our premium catalog selections.

6) Is there a membership required?

 Absolutely not.  We wanted to make it as easy as possible for people to hear our music.

7) I’m an Artist and am interested in your label, can I contact you?

Yes. Just go to the top of the navigation bar and click on "Get On The Freeway". There's two drop down options, select the one for "Artists Submit Your Talent" and you will be redirected to a page where you can easily submit your information and music for our review.
